Refund Policy

At Kelvs, we strive to provide the best skincare products to our customers. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
  1. ⁠Returns
    You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase or order number is required to process any return.
  2. Non-Returnable Items
    Certain items are not eligible for returns:
    1. Products on sale or purchased during special promotions
    2. Gift cards
    3. Opened or used skincare products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  3. ⁠Refunds
    Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
  4. Late or Missing Refunds

  5. Exchanges
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at admin@kelvsint.com/+92 312 499 5545 with details and proof of the damage or defect.
  6. Return Shipping
    Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. Kelvs is not responsible for any lost or undelivered returns.
